not very clean

great location needs sprucing upset

Not so Nice

This Baymont is old and much in need of a refurbish. The pool was murky and smelled and the jacuzzi was out of order. So we could not swim at all much to the dismay of the children 9 and 10 years old.

Staff were very nice

Went to visit the granchildren, so they could swim and then we saw their ball games The first room they gave us hadn't been used for a while and was very dusty. The staff was very accommodating and switched us. This room was adequately cleaned. The pool was nice, breakfast in the morning adequate. Overall stay was acceptable.

Long Horn Steak house was very good. Ruby Tuesdays is also good

Great for the price

We just wanted a cheap place to stay. It was clean and had a great breakfast in the morning. For the price we were very pleased.

Fine, not great

The staff was VERY unfriendly. The pool and hot tub were nice, but could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was fair, nothing special.

getaway

We went to Kings Island which was close and easy to get too. The pool was cold, but overall we had a great time. There was alot of people there so for breakfast the breakfast area wasn't big enough.

horrible experience

I asked for a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. the clerk at the front desk did not speak english. The hot tub timer would not work. I had to turn the plastic outlet sideways and jam in my hotel key card to keep it running. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Good hotel

Excellent location for the ATP tennis tournament we went for, also great for Kings Island visit. Room was clean and staff friendly. Close to restaurants. Above average hotel.
