Best Western Was Excellent
The staff was outstanding both check in, special request and check out. Very pleased and received better service at Best Western than a hotel I stayed a week earlier and paid $125 a night for so for that my hat is off to Best Western

Good location, good deal.
Arrived after a day at Kings Island to check in and we were waqrmly greeted and check in was very quick. The room was top notch - clean and very accompdating.

Nice and clean
We requested nonsmoking but were placed in a smoking room. We were told all of the nonsmoking were booked. This has happened several times with budget hotel bookings online, not just with this hotel or [...]. The room did not have a smoky smell but a friend of ours had the same problem and her room was very smelly, however the hotel staff brought an air purifying system up and plugged it in for her. Very nice.

kinda nice
Loved the continental breakfast, alot of choices and food was good. Coffee could've been better though. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted us everytime we passed by. The room was neat and the bathroom was clean. The only thing we could really complain about was the lack of television stations available and the tv didnt have dvd capability, so for the night we were somewhat snowed in we ended up watching a less than great movie. Would however, stay again.

Best location for a really great price
We came down from out of state for a business meeting and stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was a very good location with all amenities included. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong was with the refrigerator. It was making some kind of sound. It was kind of annoying. Other than that it was a great deal for a good location. Will come back again.

great location, great service,.GREAT!
was a little worried when booking the room, because the price was so good, but once arriving my worries were put to rest, the hotel was very nice with a warm and friendly staff,the breakfast was the bomb.. great location 15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati and great local shopping and dining.

Great family friendly hotel!
This was a little weekend getaway for the family and we were pleasantly surprised with our hotel! The room was clean and practical with the fridge and microwave, and the service was friendly. We felt welcome the minute we checked in! The hotel is close to restaurants, groceries,and everything in between, so you can't beat the location! The only negative was that the jacuzzi could have stood to be cleaned and the indoor pool needed to be a little warmer... we weren't the only patrons shocked at the cold temperature! Great experience overall!

They have a computer in the dining hall that is open to use by the patrons. It was easy to hop on the computer, find exact directions as well as print off coupons to restaurants and shopping.
