Staff could have been more courteous
The hotel was decent. The bedskirt was dirty (something was splattered all over it), but other than that the room was clean. We did have a negative experience with the staff after leaving. We accidentally left a little picture album (holds 20 pictures, our 2 yr old likes to look through it) in our room. It's obviously cheap, but had family pictures that we wanted back. We contacted the staff and they said they could mail it back to us, and asked for a credit card number. We were kinda hoping they would just cover the few dollars for shipping being a big hotel chain, but it was our fault we left it, so whatever. It took 2 weeks for them to finally get around to sending it. When we got it and opened it, the envelope included the receipt for shipping. $11 to overnight it to us. We didn't ask for it to be overnighted, certainly not for $11! Why hold on to it for 2 weeks and then rush it to us on our dime? That experience kind of left a bad taste in my mouth...

Good location.
The check in was pretty quick but all too easy. Never asked me for an ID or anything. The lobby was clean but as soon as I got to the elevator it seemed like a different place. The smell of cigarette was too much plus the doors were banged in. It left a lot to be desired. This hotel needs a good remodel.

The experience was nice. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel was in the middle of where there were places to get to - good location. The free breakfast was a nice touch and was better than ordinary. I would stay there again.

Short drive from hotel
Lots of shopping in the immediate area and to drive to. The hotel was also close to several metro areas for entertainment and visting the attractions.

Great for an overnight stay
I personally found this hotel to be very friendly and helpful.. if i could complain about one thing is that they advertise a hot tub an it wasn't a hot tub at all but a hole in the floor with lukewarm water and jets that didn't work at all. Other than that it was a great stay and i would recommend it to any of my friends.

Good hotel, comfortable room
Was in Mason for a friend's wedding.. Originally had booked into the Marriott across the street. Whereas I was only going to be spending the one night and was only really going to be sleeping at the hotel went online to look for something a little cheaper. Found the Mason Best Western (which was directly across the street) and gave it a shot. It was a good value for the money, clean room, clean workout room and good buffet breakfast. Would definetely recommend for the money.

Booked last minute weeknd trip with me and my girlfriends for a book signing. Room was pretty nice for the money spent. Much better than I expected.

Good location, good deal.
Arrived after a day at Kings Island to check in and we were waqrmly greeted and check in was very quick. The room was top notch - clean and very accompdating.
