Excellent location but not worth the money. This opinion was expressed by many guests there. Although continental breakfast was offered we did notest there,as others also passed it up, due to the atmosphere and staff. It was not inviting. During our 3 day stay even though we asked daily for face cloths none were delivered until the last day of our visit. Pass this hotel up

Easy to find. Clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool area, close to Kings Island. I will stay there next time I am at Kings Island.

Staff was rude floors were dirty looking a/c took 4 hr to become a comfortable room no elevator wild raccoons raiding the dumpster in the parking lot guests smoking in front of the entrance over priced for the area

I was absolutely horrified on day 2 of my stay. The hotel employee just walked into my room without even knocking. There was no good explanation as to why he did it. I would not feel comfortable staying there again.

Needed a room for one night while attending a nearby venue. This hotel was a convenient, no frills, but clean place to stay for a VERY reasonable rate! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I were to be in the area.

My wife and I are on a fixed budget but still wanted to get away for 1 night for our anniversary. We think we chose the best option available. Hotel is near an amusement park and many hotels nearby cost significantly more. We didn't need frills, just a clean well maintained quiet hotel. Room was super clean and we couldn't find a single thing in need of maintenance. We were surprised by a room safe, although didn't need it. Could have used several more towels. We would have loved to swim in the pool but nothing was mentioned in the listing or the reviews about the indoor pool so we didn't bring swimsuits along. Good sized TV with nearly 100 channels. I didn't find the mattress exactly comfortable-felt like there was a trampoline inside of it instead of springs so each time my wife or I rolled over while sleeping we would almost bounce the other right off to the floor. There was a really nice mini-refrigerator. We woke up too late to use the small coffee pot, although it looked like it would only brew 1-2 cups so we just headed to Waffle House. I thought the listing indicated that each room had a microwave, so we brought microwaveable food, but our room had no microwave. Check-in and check-out only took a minute and the staff was courteous and helpful as can be.

This the perfect place for a reasonable rate with great access to the Tennis Tournament in August. It is also very close to Kings Island. It is nothing fancy, but it works.

Check in was simple, the staff was friendly, and accommodating. The hotel wasn't as clean as I'd have liked, but it is a busy hotel with what seemed like minimal staff.
