La Quinta Inn & Suites Mansfield

Staff was very cordial. Left purse in lobby and staff member promptly returned it intact. Continental breakfast are not much to speak of, but they really aren't very good anywhere. Overall experience was good for the price paid compared to other local hotels.

Given the price, I was very impressed with the facility. Bedding was excellent. Digital heat/AC with the ability to have the fan on all the time. Nice breakfast. Excellent check-in (absolutely everything ready before I ever walked in! Some back areas (back stairs) needed new carpet, but the main areas were in excellent condition.

Spent the night before visiting the Mid Ohio Race Track. Location convenient, only ten minutes or so away from track. Only problem was some glitch with the cable tv preventing me from watching Sunday Night Football! Other than that, room was clean and comfortable. I was happy with my choice and would stay there again.

I arrived to my home town to attend a wedding. This hotel was a nice location but I was very dissatisfied with the service. Our room was not cleaned properly nor was our linen changed. I probably will not stay here again in the future unless some major changes have occurred.

I stayed here for a track day at the Mid-Ohio School. Hotel was very ordinary, the staff that I interacted with seemed pretty disinterested in having me there. It's located near a few different restaurants, a huge Wal-Mart and about 15 minutes from the racetrack.

Went for event at Richland Co fairgrounds but wanted to stay on 71. Hotel was nice & clean, very short walking distance to Applebee's, Cracker Barrel & Steak N Shake and a WalMart! What more could you ask for? Room was right next to elevator and did NOT hear it or slamming room doors at all!!!! Would stay again.

This is the third time I've stayed here with my fiance and two dogs. It's an extremely convenient location for our road trips--right near the highway with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and a Walmart right nearby. This is the first time we've stayed over a weekend, and it was much more crowded. Still, our room was quiet and check-in/check-out was easy. It's a great place if you are traveling with dogs. There is no extra fee for dogs, and there's a decent amount of grass around the hotel for walking them. The only thing we weren't thrilled with is that the continental breakfast closes at 9:00am. Seems kind of early.

Arrived and checked in without any problems. Rooms neat and clean as well as common areas. Had minor problems with getting the heat to work in our room (either too hot or cold). We would have felt like one of the crowd if we had come to ski. We were there for a cheerleading competition at a local high school. Seems like most of the guests that evening were skiers who overran the lobby and breakfast. Overall an average stay....would stay there again.

Pool was 55 degrees, was told Maintenance to be in 7 AM to fix, no show, was told Maintenance to be in 11 AM or 12 PM, no show. Pool never fixed, still 55 degrees and very few could use, only kids. My estimation, poor management, poor communication and ownership must be making a ton of money because no one cares about the CUSTOMER!

We stayed here for the second time this month. No fee for pets. The hotel was clean and our room was quiet, despite being right next to the elevator. The only thing I would improve is for the free breakfast to be served later-- right now it ends at 9:00am. The staff was very friendly and helpful; checking in and out was easy. I'd stay here again.
