The room was ordinary. Nothing in the frig, no microwave and the sink is not located in the bathroom. Your staff was excellent!! The pillows had a smell, I couldn't tell if they were clean. The bedspread and sofa was filthy!! I am usually and easy to please person, but your hotel would be a 4 star if you pay attention to how clean the rooms appear regarding linen, pillows and your couch. Go to room 418 and look how the couch is coming apart. It made us feel like..."no wonder they gave us this room for this price. Give people a little extra it goes a long way! We'll be back to check on you! :)

Loved the stay
The staff is personable. The shuttle service is very helpful. We enjoyed a very nice dinner out recommended by the staff. The rooms are great. Can't get much better for accommodations and price. Strongly recommended. About $25 with taxi to downtown Cleveland, which has really improved over the years.

Great place to rest on a long road trip
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel . It has been clean and enjoyable both times EXCEPT that this time there apparently was a hockey team of very young (10-13 year olds) that happen to be staying there. I'm pretty sure the parents and/or chaperones were not doing their job because the kids were running around in the hallway, screaming and playing . I had to call the front desk to complain as we were trying to rest up for the remainder of our long drive back to New England. They quieted down a little . I don't fault the hotel for this - just stupid parents. The breakfast choices are great and fresh - will definitely stay again on our next trip out !

My experience was one of a kind...I had the best time...The room, staff, location was absolutely wonderful...It made the trip so well worth it...My cousin and one of my childhood best friends traveled to the Hyatt in Independence Ohio from Chesapeake, Va....We arrived at 2am Friday morning and the staff was on point...We were there to see another childhood friend get married and I had the pleasure of seeing a very special man in my life....Thank you for everything.

Dropped the kid at College
We came in from the west coast and I did not want to stay in downtown Cleveland. I new we would need to do some college shopping and tried to pick a hotel that would be close to both downtown and college type shopping. I don't think I could have picked any better. The room was very large and comfortable. The drive to downtown Cleveland was easy and shopping was close. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was the best I have experienced. Great place, I recommend it highly.
