Chocolate chip cookies are always hot at this hotel near Cleveland

fun family weekend
Great hotel. Was very quiet and clean. Were supposed to have a fridge in the room, but it was missing. Package we booked was to include continental breakfast for three, but we were not given our vouchers. Had to take our confirmation to the front desk to prove that this was the case. We were given vouchers right away. Were supposes to have an evening reception included, but did not mention that it was only during the week.

Winking Lizard is right off the property and much cheaper than the restaurant located in the hotel.

A bit disappointing
Nice amenities...bed was extremely comfortable - got two great night's sleep. Refrigerator was left plugged in next to the bed, not in it's place in the cabinet under the TV...why?...I don't know! Front desk said it should be in the cabinet, but it never found its way there. Coffee maker did not work properly. A replacement was promised, but never showed up. There were a few other minor issues. Definitely not worth the price I paid for two nights. In the final analysis, I didn't have to spend much time in the room anyway, and the mattress was awesome!

If you're visiting Cleveland for pleasure, try to get a hotel closer to downtown...near the Warehouse District would be best.

Nice Clean Hotel
This hotel is very nice neat and clean. We did not check in till 10pm at night, so it took no more than a minute to do so. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Looked like it had a nice pool area. Couple of bars in front of the hotel, so no need to get back into car and drive. for the value you are not going to find a nicer hotel. Would recomend to Friends.

Great Weekend stay
After a long day of traveling and waiting at the airport for the rental car - the warm friendly faces were much welcomed - as was that cookie! A very warm and friendly atmosphere. The pillows were the most awesome pillow I've ever slept on in any hotel - any where in the world. Great choice who ever design those!

GREAT HOTEL
THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL. FELT SAFE, COMFORTABLE. DINING OPTIONS ARE LOCAL. GREAT VIEW. NOT NOISY.

Great Price, Nice hotel!
Hotel is comfortable, easy to access from the highway. Offers a great view of the city. The kids loved the pool. Only thing missing was a mini-fridge...aside from that it was a great experience for my family.

Just stayed over night but no issues
Room was clean and ready. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but everything seemed to be in order

Good place
We had a pretty good experience at this hotel. We extended our stay from one to two nights. Only downside is somehow housekeeping forgot to do our room on the first night. We were out all day and didn't realize it until we got back. By then all the maids were gone for the day. They brought us some new towels. Night manager was really a great guy.

Birthday Boy
to much noise
The noise level inside and out the room was to much... from the clicking sound from the thermostat inside our room that controlled the even louder air conditioner which turned on every 15 minutes throughout the night, to the sounds of slamming doors... not to mention the sound of water running from the other rooms as if someone else was in our bathroom was not what we expected...

Indians game
We stayed at this motel after a Cleveland Indians game. It was perfect for us. Easy to get to, close to Progressive Field, clean and comfortable.
