Doubletree - doubled the hospitality!!
We arrived just as the blizzard was turning to ice and the clerk was so kind as to offer to take our luggage to the elevator while my husband parked the truck closer, another great suggestion by the same clerk, as he gave us two hot cookies at check in. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was wonderful during the extremely cold nights. The bartender made a sad day for us an enjoyable evening with his friendliness. We had to canx one day and they worked well with [...]to refund that night. Will diffinately stay again.

Fantastic Hotel for the money
Wonderful friendly staff. Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and yummy check in cookies. No complaints.

Wonderful hotel especially if you don't want to stay directly in downtown Cleveland. Only 10-15 minutes away from the Rock n Roll Hall of fame and Browns stadium.

Nice Clean Hotel
This hotel is very nice neat and clean. We did not check in till 10pm at night, so it took no more than a minute to do so. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Looked like it had a nice pool area. Couple of bars in front of the hotel, so no need to get back into car and drive. for the value you are not going to find a nicer hotel. Would recomend to Friends.

Great HOTEL, horrible guest
Any hotel in Independence area are great and cater's with the taste of an upperclassman. The guest were the only problem VERY LOUD and obnoxious. Overall, great dining staff!

Great stay
Very nice hotel...helpful staff. Nice rooms..great bed. The warm cookie at check in was nice especially since i was hungry when i checked in. The only knock I have on the place is Schula2 is in the lobby. Great place to eat...while breakfast bar is a nice option they really need to staff that place better for breakfast rush
