mattress very uncomfortable. poor water pressure in shower. pleasant staff. reasonably clean. was looking for eggs for breakfast like i've had at other locations with same chain of hotels

Old hotel, rooms with funny smell
Air conditioning is leaky. room smells funny and old. blocked me from the internet. Not worth staying here.

Great Room Great Rate
I traveled to Ohio to plan a funeral. I wanted to bring my dog. I contacted the hotel and learned that my dog could stay for free and was welcomed. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the location is close to the interstate and there were great restaurants nearby.

Good value for the money
I think they are renovating, but very comfortable. We have stayed here twice while visiting at the Cleveland Clinic. It is close to the clinic and on the weekends not a lot of traffic to deal with. Would love to have taken a dip in the pool, but we arrived at 10 pm just as the pool was closing. Oh well.

No Functioning WIFI...
Good hotel even though the staff made no attempt to correct the non-functioning wifi network that they claimed was definitely working.

Very friendly staff
The staff at the Comfort Inn in Independence, OH was great. They were very friendly and efficient at check in and when we asked questions on directions. The continental breakfast was great and the staff there were wonderful with our 4 year old son. It is located in a great area and close to lots of restaurants and only a short drive to the Zoo and downtown Cleveland attractions.
