Disappointed
This is not a 3 star hotel as indicated.....the carpeting in the bedroom was dirty and stained.....the window was filthy inside and out....there was hair on the bathroom floor....the commode was not securely fastened to the floor.....no ice bucket in room....complimentary breakfast consisted of toast/bagels/donuts/hard boiled eggs/cereal/fruit. Finding a restaurant was difficult. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel needs definite remodeling....everything is old and kind of worn. We won't be staying here in the future.

I wouldn't stay there again
The only good thing about the room was the tub. Other then that, The bed room wasn't clean at all. No trash bags in the garbage can , we were look out the window and bungs and spiders , in our room . when I went to sleep, I woke up , my legs was all bitten up from the bed , It doesn't hurt to spend a couple of more buck for a nice hotel. I give this a 2 thumbs down.

Nice Place, Bad WiFi
The staff vas very friendly, and the room was comfortable with an ok breakfast, but we couldn't get consistent wiFi. I would get connected, then before I could load a web page I was booted and couldn't get connected. It worked great by the pool, but noy in our 2nd floor room. I would go back, but make sure I was in a room with a signal.

Great service from all of the staff that included the front desk, housekeeping, and complimentary breakfast. However, double beds are too small and morning breakfast left a lot to be desired. I know they are remodeling and that should help with the overall experience.

The hotel and surrounding area were very good. The booking group did not give us the proper reservation code for the hotel, they did not know who we were and no room was held for us. Luckily there was a room not in service that we were able to use. The hotel people were very helpful and pleasant.

will not be staying here again
Ad promotes river front, but neglects to tell you that the hotel is across the river from a large milling factory which takes from the view. Staff accomadating for early check in/room was still being cleaned at the time... Upon return, bed linens changed, but that was the only thing that resembled clean. Pool was closed for the entire stay. Room was located near front desk which brought about much noise. We were told we could not change rooms due to the fact that I booked online. Continental breakfast was very poor, out of everything from coffee to milk to spoons, even though the breakfast was not due to end for another hour and a half. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cedar Point Trippers
wasn't bad like some other reviewers made it seem
We needed a place to sleep after a long day at cedar point. I made the reservation anyway after reading the bad reviews and gave this place a chance because the price was right. We did not go in with high expectations, but it was a decent hotal. The walls are very thin though and the fisherman got up super early and were yelling to communicate with each other in the hall. We will stay again next year if we get a good deal like we did this time.

Nightmare
We specifically picked this hotel because of the indoor pool that we found out was out of service once we arrived. The bathroom faucet leaked and made so much noise it was hard to sleep. There was a thick layer of mold on the shower curtain and my wife would not even take a shower the 2 days we were there. The beds are like sleeping on concrete except somehow feel harder than concrete. The TV in the room is only 19inch and the remote did not work. They have a tv channel guide in the room but all the info is incorrect and pay channels are not available as they state. Although they did not bite me, my daughter was eaten up with fleas (yes they were visable). And the breakfast consists of toast and jelly only and once they are out of jelly good luck getting anymore as this hotel seems to be staffed by only 1 person. I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!!!!
