It's OK if you just need a night's sleep
It took 3 tries to get a room where everything worked and there was no obvious ongoing repair work. Staff didn't seem to know status of rooms. Our final room functioned OK (air conditioning kept it cool, everything in bathroom worked) but it looked the rooms are about ready for renovation. I've stayed in better conditions with this same chain of hotels. Breakfast was fine, but I was disappointed overall.

Super Aunt Pepper
The good and the bad
Good thing I use a cane and braces, the handicapped room was very small and not really accessable for someone that is wheelchair bound. No place in the bathroom to put your essential care items.The shower had great bars and a hand held showernozzle but no way to hold it up for a regular shower a part was missing. The gym equipement wouldn't work. The pool had way too much chlorine and initally the whirlpool was foaming alot but the maintenance man added the defoamer. Rooms recently remodeled but plaster dust still in room. rooms needed a good cleaning.

Restrauants are varied and close enough for a short drive. You could walk to some but the road is very busy and would be a hazzard for the walker.

OPS. for a better hotel
You get what you pay for
went to the hotel for location, close to funeral. bathrooms dirty, comfort on the bed dirty, chair in the room dirty, we had 2 rooms both with the same problems, clocks don't work,old tvs, heat was hard to control had to open the window to cool the room down after the heat was on. Doors in the hall way screwed together. staff had said they went through a re-model??? staff was friendly, housekeeping really needs work. had to have staff print a boarding pass printer at the businees center desk was out of toner the 4 days that i was there.

Adequate for the basics
Everything was adequate but fresh, updated decor and better maintenance would have been desirable. The staff was very pleasant but the management clearly was trying to cut corners with things like lighting (light bulbs), maintenance (like slow toilet and drain issues) and both rooms I occupied had clocks that didn't seem to work properly.

Relaxing Get Away
Needed a get away from reality. The location was next to the express way which made it easy to find. Was a quiet area. Not a place for much shopping.

Convenient to airport and dining
Needed a place that was convenient for an early airport departure. The location was convenient, near a TGI Friday restaurant and reasonable in price. Baymont Inn fit the bill.
