Another great stay!
Was able to register early on the way to the big game in Ann Arbor so we didn't have to register after the game which was after midnight. Decaf coffee in room or at least available at the desk would be nice. We brought some, but the coffee maker takes special size filter packs. Great location and a great room for a good price.

Disgusting/Dangerous/Bug infested
The only good thing I can say about this hotel was that the girl at the front desk was nice, other than that I will never step foot in that hotel ever again. I got in the hotel and it looked like a semi-decent room. I set my things down and as soon as I went to sit down on one of the black chairs, I noticed a weird white disgusting stain all over the chair. I dont even want to know what that stain was but right away I felt like I was in a dirty room, I had to set towels down before i sat down. As im sitting at the table, a bug came crawling across the table. A few minutes after that, another bug was in my food. Later I went to lay down on the bed and the comforter was the first thing I took off the bed, and the 2nd blanket underneath was gross, it was hard and rough and looked very dirty. I then went to shower and as I was showering I heard a knock on the door but very light knock but i ignored it because I was in the shower. So later I was I was walking around the room, I noticed a piece of food on the floor at the hotel and around it was thousands of tiny little bugs and they werent ants, I have no idea what they were. I immediately was panicking thinking that there may be bugs that might have crawled onto my luggage or belongings that I placed on the floor so I had to make sure nothing was on the floor anymore, which left me feeling even more uncomfortable and not very clean. The final thing that drew the line was a warning paper inside of the room saying that I should never answer the door if someone knocks (which reminded me of hearing a weird knock while I was in the shower), and if they say they are from the front desk make sure you call the front desk and find out, don't walk out the side doors pass dark time and make sure noones around you or following you, don't carry ur belongings outside by yourself, make sure you don't have alot of money on you, and basically telling me to be careful for all of these things and that they werent responsible for anything happening. Im guessing there may have been a history of robberies there. After reading that note I had enough, I was freaked out, disgusted and uncomfortable. I took my stuff and left the hotel and my car was parked at the back of the building so I had no choice but to exit from the side doors and as I was walking through the halls and outside during the night time I was so scared I was shaking and expecting someone to come out and rob me at any minute. I was shoving everything in my trunk and as I did I heard a loud noise as if someone was outside hiding and I got in my car and drove off. I was shaking really bad and I will NEVER EVER go back. Spend the extra few bucks and get a room thats safe and clean.

Third time & still great!
We stop in Toledo on our way to Ann Abor for Michigan home football games, especially if they are a noon game. We just found ESA this season and have stayed there three times and now won't go anywhere else. It is great! Having the kitchenette and refrigerator and eating area make it such a relaxing and convenient experience.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
Bring food with you that you can fix in the room's kitchenette and save significantly compared to going out to eat. The refrigerator is especially helpful if you bring your own drinks, and that is really what kicks up a restaurant bill. However, if you do want to go out to eat, there is a really great restaurant right next door that you can walk to easily.

Great Value!!
Great experience! We travel to Ann Arbor to the Michigan home football games and this is a great place to spend the night prior. Room was spacious and clean. Priced right, too. Decaf coffee in the room would have been nice as my wife can't have caffeine. It is a bit difficult to find or get to. Better signage might help people locate them. We'll be back!

Awful
When we first got there everything was decent. The walls are very thin you can hear everything we could hear the the room next to us shower and everything. Then we had to change rooms because the tub was extremely clogged we actually left for the whole day and came back and the tub still had water clogged in it. The beds are uncomfortable!!

Although my husband offered his credit card to the desk person to pay the $5 internet charge in advance at check in, the desk person did not take the card. -Two days later we were locked out of our room for nonpayment of this same $5 fee (on a $350 room total). -We think they could be more thoughtful & communicative with their customers. -We have reason to spend alot of time in the area in the future, but we will never go back and will pass the word to the numerous family we have in the area.
