Loved the Hilton Garden

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The bed was comfy and clean. I loved the decaf coffee with real half and half. I will definitely stay here again.

Business and Rest

We checked in later in the evening, ready to rest and prepare for the all day meeting the next day. The front desk was completely distracted and understaffed - especially for a weekend. We had to be up for a meeting the next day and was ready for a nice room and bed. Once to the room, the room key did not work which required another trip to the front desk; the bathroom was not clean; and the bed was well below the comfort standard for a Hilton. It was not a good experience! Considering the price we were charged, we were really disappointed. Since there are many other hotels in this area close to our meeting place, we won't be choosing the Hilton again - we'll pick one of the others!!
