Red Roof is dishonest avoid this old worn out Hotel

Holes in the bathroom walls, carpet is worn and torn, chair has rips in fabric. They state they have a 15% discount for AAA members but then they refused to honor it. There is no discounted price! The Hotel help is no help at all. Coffee is yeucch!

Family Trip

The first room we walked into smelled bad and the sheets had something on them so we asked for another room. I will say the person behind the desk was very nice. The next room looked clean, but the carpet felt very damp and sticky. Everything in the room was clean, but old and wore out. The channel selection was limited. The breakfast was just "ok". Until now we always looked for a Red Roof Inn.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

We booked this place based on pictures on the website showing what appeared to be nice clean rooms and a nice swimming pool... We got there (on a 90 degree day on May 28th) to find that the pool had not yet been opened, and the rooms were not nearly as nice as they appeared in the pictures. We should have paid a little bit of extra money and stayed elsewhere.

[...] one of the rooms did not have refrig/microwave and was not that clean. We got tired of running down to the office and should not have had too! My parents room did not have a refrig/microwave either, so we all had to share the one from one room, not good!!!!

stay away

There were bugs in all 4 rooms we booked. There were spider webs, ants crawling on the bed in one room, and dead bugs in the bathtub of my room. I wiped the toilet seat with a lysol wipe and it was gray afterwards. There were grapes on the floor and chair in the room I stayed in. The popcorn ceiling in two of the rooms was peeling right above the beds, possibly from water damage. The towels were disgusting. As for the hot breakfast, it was a joke. Coffee, cold cereal, and hot dogs with catchup and buns. For the $100 we spent on each room, you'd think they'd afford a cleaning crew. STAY AWAY!!!

Met intended purpose

The hotel met my expectations. I was staying in the area for a weekend at not spending much time there other than sleeping. Very good experience.
