Bad experince in Ohio
The really ugly
When we got to the hotel we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for the front desk person to appear. When she finally did appear we got our room key went to the room but the key did not work went back to the front desk the clerk activated the room key get back to the room to find someone else in the room went back to the front desk to get a new room by this time really really mad. The clerk says I am so sorry I don't know how this happened. By this time I really do not care how this happened just FIX IT. We get to our new room get settled go to leave for a little while the elevator does not work no note nothing take the stairs get to lobby their is the broken elevator note. This place was a joke.

Great Place to Stay in Findlay
Great place to hold business meetings and a great place to relax with the family! Breakfast should last a bit longer but that is my only complaint.

Wonderful Holiday Stay!
Extended Stay Deluxe in Findlay is the best hotel in my opinion for the area! Close to shopping center, Red Lobster, Cheddars, Appleby's. I worked from my room and it was absolutely a delight. Will definitely stay there again when I visit family.

Comfortable stay
Suite was well-kept, recent remodeling evident. I had some problems with the air conditioner, and they swapped another one for the malfunctioning one. Staff was helpful, and they even had a continental breakfast. Except for the AC problem, a very comfortable stay.

Good hotel
The Extended Stay Deluxe Findlay was in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking and check-in were comfortable and a breeze. Amenities in the room were good. The one problem we had was there was a large and very noisy group in the hotel - despite complaints. There was some disturbance due to this group late in the night around 1:00am and the whole hotel was up. Also the policies of the hotel chain for cleaning rooms were not healthy .
