Great weekend!
We came in town for the weekend to visit my family and the hotel was perfect. The room was big and very relaxing. The breakfast was good and the hot tub was very nice! Overall, we had a great weekend!

Findlay is my home town. This property was a Hawthorn Suite the last time I stayed. It has changed. No daily room "service"-bed making, towels, etc. There wasn't even a pen and paper in the room. It was adequate, but not as nice as it once was.

Disappointed
Less than expected
The motel looks very nice outside, but our room was very dated and not very clean. The vinyl (yes, I said vinyl) flooring in one section of the room was torn and peeling. We had a confirmation for a smoking room and none were available when we arrived. The keypad for entry from the parking area did not work. This was the first time we have stayed at an Extended Stay Motel, and I doubt we will stay at one again. At least not this one. Luckily we were visiting family so we did not have to spend much time in our room.

Enloyed our stay
We were in the area for Softball tournament. Location was conveinent and easy to get in and out of. Plenty of eateries near by. This is the third time we stayed at an Extended Stay, second location though. We hyave been very pleased with both.

Nice for the night
Nice location w/walking access to a nice restaurant right across the street. It would have been nice to have more TV channels available in the rooms and remotes that worked correctly. Also, since weather conditions were bad that week-end, it would have been nice to have the weather channel available on at least one of the TVs in the rooms.

The lights aren't set so you can cross in one swoop, but there is a center section you can stand to wait for the 2nd light to turn red.

Rooms large and very clean. Bedroom carpeted, living room had fake hardwood floors. Near lot of restaurants. Excellent staff,helpful and friendly.

Solid Place to Stay
My husband traveled to Findlay on business, and I hung out by myself during the day. I was recovering from a whirlwind trip of my own so I appreciated that I could get out during the day and walk to Panera Bread for lunch and then have a really comfortable room to return to. Our room was not fancy but it was clean and very functional with two work stations and two televisions. Our only complaint was that breakfast ended at 8:30 am.

Bad experince in Ohio
The really ugly
When we got to the hotel we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for the front desk person to appear. When she finally did appear we got our room key went to the room but the key did not work went back to the front desk the clerk activated the room key get back to the room to find someone else in the room went back to the front desk to get a new room by this time really really mad. The clerk says I am so sorry I don't know how this happened. By this time I really do not care how this happened just FIX IT. We get to our new room get settled go to leave for a little while the elevator does not work no note nothing take the stairs get to lobby their is the broken elevator note. This place was a joke.
