i booked before reading many poor reviews. but i went in with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again . met all my needs i had my 3 grandsons and the kitchen saved me a bundle. the staff was very accomodating.

Great value
This hotel was very nice and a great value. Full kitchen and a large common area. Mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, but not uncomfortable. One problem was that a side entrance door would not fully close on its own, causing a potential security issue. We notified management, but the door was not immediately repaired (Memorial Day weekend). Excellent location near Wright State University and Wright-Patterson AFB. Also very close to some of the best shopping in Dayton.

Quaker Steak and Lube is a restaurant that specializes in chicken wings and is yards away from the hotel. Fun place to have a meal.

Okay place, but just okay.
Conference nearby was great. Loved also the Yellow Spring Tye Dye festival, held annually for 1 Saturday. Try "The Winds" restaurant there for a nice eclectic meal. Garage sale-ing is also good. Nice friendly area for letterboxing and squished pennies too! As this is an "extended stay" place, they expect you to supply everything...like soap and shampoo, but they give you dish soap...go figure.

Unbeatable location for the price
It was a great location and lot of room in the hotel room but not everything was clean in the kitchen, but everything else was clean.

MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME
MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED THIS HOTEL AS A GET AWAY FROM HOME. WE ENJOYED THE OUTSIDE POOL, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SMALL. IT IS LOCATED BY SEVERAL RESTURANTS AND A MEIJERS. I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THIS HOTEL SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE IT FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY QUIET.

Eh, ok for the money
The Extended Stay hotel is a somewhat "cleaner" dump-o-tel. Sheets had cigarette burns but that did not bother me (at least no com stains seen). TV was marginal with many channels that did not work. Place is old. All in all however, for the money it's worth it.

Pleasant stay
The Studio Plus Dayton is a comfortable hotel close to Wright Patterson AFB, Wright University and other museums. It is also very close to restaurants and other stores. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.
