centralized location
I was quite surprised to have a hotel in the heart of everything including mall,theatre& restaurants. The staff was nice and accommodating and the hotel seemed to have had a few upgrades. Things that can be improved upon include: The tremendous amount of rust to building structure , less than white sheets and towels and threat of not having room cleaned timely due to short staff. For the rates I was expecting a microwave, iron and ironing board and/or coffee pot in the room. It's a 3 story bldg and the elevator was out of service during my last few days so it was a little inconveniecing carrying my heavy luggage down. With a few minor changes I would recommend this hotel to friend or even come back and stay there.

Long Distance Voyager
Excellent Location
Convenient to everything in the Dayton area, Adjacent to major highways, services, restaurants, and shopping. Minutes away from the Air Force Museum and Wright Brothers sites. Easy drive to downtown attractions (be sure to visit the Packard Museum). Room amenities were exceptional value for the price: free internet with excellent data transfer speed, refrigerator, microwave, 32" flat panel TV, and an in-room safe big enough to hold a laptop and other valuables. Bed was comfortable, and the room was extremely clean. Bring your own hair dryer, and iron if you need one. Soap and a single foil packet of shampoo were provided, but if you need more "potions and lotions," bring them yourself. Excellent value and extraordinary amenities for the price. Highly recommended for a slight step above "basic accommodations."

Football Stay
The rooms had a moldy smell. THe smoke detector went off when we put the heater on to take the chill off the room. The carpet was still damp from cleaning and the beds were very low and difficult for a handicapped person to get out of. The staff was excellent and even changed our room.
