the parking lot was trash. the halls were trash. the scoring and amenities were misleading. this was a truckers hotel and scarry for little kids.

Ramada Inn Elyria
The problem with this hotel is that it is very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.They need to put some sighns well ahead of the access road. The room was clean and well taken care of. The employees were helpful and willing to take care of us.

Frustrated Family getaway
Summer 09 Getaway
Not safe at all, also, it was cheaper if I had book it dirrectly with the hotel instead of Orbitz. When received the statement at chek out I notived a negative amount and went to counter and they explained that Orbit had overcharge me. Was very unhappy.

Disappointed Traveler
Dirty Sock Found In Bed
This hotel is located near the interstate and adjacent to a busy gentlemen's club. The interior of the hotel is rather dingy and dimly lit. The carpets were stained and the ice machine on my floor did not work. I found a dirty sock between the sheets of the bed in the first room I was assigned. Had I not paid in advance for a week, I would have immediately left. I complained to the manager and was given better room on the 5th floor. This hotel would be ok for a business person planning to spend one night and wanting to be close to the turnpike. If you are looking for a longer stay with your family count this hotel out!

The rooms booked were not available.e have requested for adjacent rooms . it was confirmed whiile booking, but not made available. Our special needs request was confimed while booking but never catered for.

Holiday Inn Cleveland Elyria Lorain
One of the reason I stayed at hotel was that it was noted that kids eat free, but when I ask about it the free meal for kids it was limited to meals approperate for kids under 6 and not 12 year olds. It ended up costing more as I had to pay for the kids meals, so there was no savings for paying extra for the hotel.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
THIS HOTEL WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IT IS JUST A SHORT WALK TO DINING AND SHOPPING. THERE IS A GREAT DINING ROOM IN THE HOTEL.
