Staybridge Suites COLUMBUS-DUBLIN

I've stayed at Staybridge Suites at various locations before and they never disappoint. This time was no different. My wife, a friend, and I originally reserved a 1 bd suite with 1 king bed and a pullout. When we checked in they didn't have one available. The staff tried to find us a 1 bd with double beds but with renovations going on it was no go. They were also having trouble with their radios so communicating with maintenance/housekeeping was difficult. The manager finally gave us 2 studio rooms for no charge. I applaud the manager and staff for accommodating us. The location is convenient. It's right off the highway, there's a mall really close by as well as a couple restaurants. I prefer a firm bed so it was a little soft for my tastes and the mattress felt like it needed to be flipped because it was sloping at the edge. Other than that, the room was comfortable. There's a full kitchen including a dishwasher so it's perfect for traveling families.

The breakfasts had varied choices & were tasty! The shuttle service to the Dublin Irish festival were wonderful!

Outside of Columbus made it less stressful. The staff was extremely nice.

A great value. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, every amenity was available. Breakfast was included in the charge, lots of items to choose from, and the coffee was great! This has been my best overnight experience at a hotel. Prior experience with motels and hotels occasionally left me feeling "ripped off". The Starbridge Suites gave a completely different impression. I felt appreciated. I will look for Staybridge Suites whenever I travel.

Went to the OSU vs USC game, hotel let us check in early, and it was a nice stay!

Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed and more. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful, hot and there was a lot of variety. Front desk personnel were friendly.

Good, Clean rooms and staff was couteous. No whirlpool but indoor pool was fairly warm.

This was our second trip to Staybridge in Dublin. We have friends in Columbus and travel at least 1-2 times a year to visit. This trip we took our 3 year old to the Zoo and planned a Zoombieze Bay day (but due to the weather we spent our Zoombieze Bay day at Dave and Buster's!!!). Each time we stay at the Staybrige, our friends come over to visit us (instead of us going to their homes)... we love to hang out in the courtyard by the pool and the rooms are spacious enough to have friends stop by for a visit! You couldn't ask for a better location that is safe, clean, perfectly located near a great mall , shopping plaza and restaraunts. We are very comfortable at the Staybridge and we love Columbus! We call this our 1 tank trip, Home away from Home!

We are exceptionally happy staying at StayBridge. Everything was above our expectation.

I love the location and the rooms were very nice and clean. However, the rooms are quite small, too much furniture, and the armoire was probably not needed for the t.v. It just added to the smallness and clutter the room had. I expected it to be bigger. Also, I tried to hook my portable DVD player to the t.v. and they had to have maintenance unlock something for it to work. And, once you turn the t.v. off it needs to be unlocked again so the t.v. or DVD player has to remain on...
