Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Dublin

This hotel is a perfect location for business travelers or those passing through and need a one night stay. We enjoyed the clean room with a nice refrigerator to keep our leftovers cold from dinner. The pool was extremely humid and the weight room showed signs of wear and tear from all the humidity coming from the pool. Also, their isn't a complimentary breakfast at this hotel. However, the room was very clean and we were comfortable! We would stay here again.

I've stayed at an HGI in Indianapolis and loved it. Overall this location was OK, but a lot of little problems and lack of attention to detail. Door to room (#230) was not installed correctly and required great force to open and close. Water in shower did not get/stay hot even on the hottest setting (Between two people, we took a total of 3 showers, and each time there was an issue with the water not getting hot enough and/or not staying hot) Mold around shower, ceiling of shower was peeling off and in disrepair. Bed did not seem as comfortable as another HGI at which I've stayed. Sheet was not large enough. Hot tub was not hot. Pool area was kind of dingy (e.g., green slime in the bottom of the poolside hamper).

Went to Columbus for the HS graduation of our grandson. Chose the Hilton because it was 5-7 mintues from our son's residence. The hotel didn't seem to be built to code. The walls were paper thin. Could hear every word spoken by neighbors. The ceiling was likewise unsubstantial and could hear every footfall in the room above us. We ran out of hot water or did not even have hot water three of the four days were were there. The ice machine never worked and could not find a working machine on any floor. On a positive note, there were NO bedbugs.

Great price for a nice stay; hotel staff was VERY friendly and always smiling ! Just an overnight weekend get-away for some shopping, food, and relaxation with my mother; we had an absolute blast ! [...]at the front desk was very helpful with places to eat and even printing up directions / map so we wouldn't get lost. Even though the hotel was busy with multiple weddings we only heard a few voices .. was pretty quiet otherwise. Dialed the mattress to highest firm setting and slept like a baby. Fabulous banana pancakes and eggs breakfast at the hotel restaurant cooked exactly how WE requested. Mostly shopped at Macy's and met many helpful and sweet workers there too .. is everyone in Columbus this friendly ?? Might have to visit more often ! Two thumbs way up !!

Visiting on business trip. check in was very easy and friendly. Good suggestions for eating & drinking. went to Bonefish for diner and Irish pub for drinks after. Both very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Would stay there again. Convenient to airport.

The bad aspects included: Tattered and ripped towels, "pool" smell in the foyer, and cramped space. Pro's: VERY clean, very nice staff.

have stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before and had a great time. this time we picked up our key card , parked the car and couldn't get in the door. Went back to the desk and got it fixed ha ha, and went to the room and the key didn't work. had to go back again and the clerk told me that at least I was gatting some exercise. After getting the key for the third time they sent a janitor to make sure we used the key right. Asked the day clerk for a comment card during check out and she couldn't find one.

The perfect location. I've used this hotel before and will continue to do so.

This was the first time we stayed there and it was in a great location and was very clean. We plan on staying there again.
