Slightly better than average motel.
Overall my experience was good, all the basics were excellent; very clean room, comfortable bed and furniture, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was decent but lacked choices. I would rather pay less for the room and buy a breakfast that was made to order. Another down side was lack of free internet access in the room. There was wifi in the room but for a fee. In order to access free wifi you have to go down to the lobby or business center. Very inconvenient. TV was not user-friendly and nearly anything worth watching was PPV To sum up I would say the hotel is better than average but the value received for the price paid is just not up to standards.

Very nice hotel
No complaints except the $15/day charge for Internet use. Even budget motels offer free Internet service.

Weekend Columbus Zoo Trip
Everything at this hotel was great! The hotel was very well kept and the service was great. Very clean and very comfortable. You won't be disappointed with this place.

Nice Facility- Clean A++
The hotel is clean and the ammenities are great. This last visit the hotel had several events planned at the facility itself when we arrived with our ball team but that's business. There was a wedding Saturday during the day then a prom in the evening. Not to mention all the visitors from sporting events. Overall it's always been a good experience.

Wonderful Service
First rate customer service. Very relaxing enviroment. Free breakfast was fast with plenty of choices. Rooms comfortable with everything you need. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
