my family was in Dublin to celebrate an early Christmas. We have 3 grand kids so we wanted an indoor pool and a location central to my son's home and shopping. The hotel is right off the highway and close to all primary shopping (Easton 20 min...Tuttle 5 min...Polaris 15 min) There were many great restaurants by the malls so there was something for everyone. The hotel doesn't look updated from the outside, but the inside was updated and the rooms immaculate. The staff was very helpful in getting us a crib and did not charge us. The pool was clean and best of all...the area was warm. Highly recommended.

Quiet in a nice setting
We were there Thankgiving and the place appeared almost empty. The room was OK. Had a large balcony which would have been great if the weather had been warmer. Room needed some work. The balcony door handle was broken and the side chair could have used a good scrubbing but other than that the room was fine. The restaurant had a really nice breakfast buffet that was $9.99/pp. Good size indoor pool plus an exercise room. Staff was very pleasant and like I said the place was extremely quiet but may have been due to the holiday. Located an exit from Tuttle Mall and there are several restaurants nearby.

Nice family get together
It was very nice and comfortable except the carpets need replaced. Such a beautiful hotel and setting deserve beautiful carpets!

Repeat Stay in Dublin
The staff was friendly, although we noticed the hotel was not quite as nice as it had been in previous visits. Nothing major, just not quite as brand-new, I guess. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, except I wish we would have known ahead of time that there would be hordes of pre-teenage girls cheerleaders staying on our floor. They constantly ran in and out of their rooms, chased each other down the hallway, and made a mad dash for the elevator well past midnight. This was a bit of a problem, as we had a 21-month-old baby in tow. The next morning, when we wanted to check out, we found they had actually broken the elevator, so we had to lug everything, including baby, down the steps. Maybe the staff could have asked us if we wanted a different room when they checked us in?

the stay was pleasant. Clean rooms, good location, good staff. I wish they had free buffet breakfast included as part of the package. Also, I wish there was a microwave and fridge in the room.

Great hotel near OSU
This is the third time someone from our family has stayed at the Crown Plaza. We choose it because it is a great location and is so clean and nice. For this trip, my husband and son stayed there so they could attend my son's orientation at OSU. We will be choosing it over the next four years when we go to visit him at school.

In Hotel
After driving to Columbus, it is so nice to kick back and order room service. But if we want to go out to eat, there are dozens of nearby restaurants to choose from.
