dissappointed

We went to Columbus to go to the Ohio State Fair and shopping. We reserved a King Suite and did not have that when we arrived. After an hour wait while rooms were cleaned, they moved us to a "suite" which consisted of king bed and a sofa bed in 1 small room.... no mini frig nor microwave. The pool was dirty and the hottub was filled with foam. Air conditioning was erratic. We always reserve king suites and this was the first time we were disappointed.

Clean, Quiet and Good Location

Stayed here while visiting family in Columbus, Ohio. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It is a little hard to find (the sign is not easily seen from the road until you are at the light where you need to make the turn). However, it is in a quiet location and although close to the main road, is secluded. Near alot of eateries and within walking distance to Bob Evans which is convenient for breakfast! Front desk staff was very hospitable and eager to help in any way. I would definitely stay here again.

Oops they charged me again!

Hotel is beautiful, clean, and quiet, just hard to find, signage small (probably due to local restrictions) and too many trees in the way. My TomTom had a difficult time with some of the local intersections in the area. I also pre-paid using Orbitz and then bought an in-room bottle of water and they charged my card for the entire room again, a $95 bottle of water! Still waiting for my refund! Other than that it was a great place to stay.
