Expected more from this place
This hotel is ok if you don't really care about quality too much. The rooms do have a pretty large, full kitchen but the bed was really uncomfortable; I woke up in the morning with a sore neck and right shoulder. If you prefer a firm mattress you might want to stay away from this place. It was way too soft. The buildings are kinda old as well. Also, no shampoo was provided in the shower. I'm not sure I'd consider it a value. There are other places that are much better for the price. I had to stay here because there were no other hotels with suites with availability for the date I stayed.

the worst management EVER!!!
The GM of the hotel 'wrongfully' accuses me of being up to no good. He goes barging in my room expecting to find something wrong or illegal and didn't and through all of this I hit camcorder mode on my phone just 20 seconds before he PUT HIS HANDS ON ME IN A FORCEFUL WAY AND JERKED ME AROUND!!! To top it all off I contact the owners of the hotel and they acted as if something would be done and did NOTHING. I now am awaiting word from Franklin County Prosecutor as to when action is being taken on my charges against him. I turned over the sd card from my phone that recorded the entire mess I can't wait! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL-LITERALLY.

This hotel is very close to the Columbus Zoo, and easily accessible. However, it was dirty, and had ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The hot complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

Very Comfortable
After many days on the road and in and out of different places, the Woodfin Suites was a welcome and relaxing place to stay. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We were able to relax and regroup before continuing on with our trip.
