Climate problems
The thermostat was programmed such that it got too cold at night. Also, we had to get extra blankets for the sofa sleeper. Although we had three people in the room, the staff only provided two sets of clean towels each day. The breakfast was o.k., but nothing special.

Great Location and Amenities
Clean and spacious room with kitchenette and fully stocked with coffee, tea, and microwave popcorn. Full free breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, juices cold and hot cereal, waffles fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk. Great spread! Close to shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes from the airport.

Keep returning
We have stayed here several times when visiting family. Neat, clean, quiet, convenient and roomy with an efficency kitchen. On the down side it's a little outdated and convenient parking is occassionally hard to find. Overall a good experience and great value.

We got what we paid for
We were in town for UD Parent's weekend so not much time was spent in our room, which was good. For the price it was acceptable. Location was a bit farther from campus than we preferred, but only was there to sleep and then went back to campus. Room had updated decor, but furnishings are old and tired. Mattress on queen bed and pull out sofa were way past their comfortable life! Pillow for pull out sofa was stained.

Needs improvements...
We had a good stay except for the bed. You could see a drastic sag in the middle of the bed and you could feel the springs in your back. Even though the hotel room was a little outdated and in need of updating, it was comfortable except for the bed. A new comfortable premium mattress would have made a world of difference. If you aren't picky about the mattress then it is good value for the money.

Worn out Wyndam
The first room we had smelled horribly from cat urine. We complained about the smell and the desk clerk told us other had complained. The desk clerk then offered to move us to another room. The hotel staff knew there was a problem with the room and they put us there anyway. That is not what you expect at a Wyndam hotel. The second room was clean. This hotel is old and worn out.
