The Fairfield Inn Dayton South is located in the Miamisburg/Centerville area close to both I-675 and I-75 within walking distance to J. Alexanders, Carvers, Chammps, Chop House, Frickers and minutes away from additional fine dining establishments. This Dayton hotel offers many guest amenities including free wireless internet, a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, indoor pool and spa, coffee makers in all guest rooms and a business center in the lobby. Our guest also have the opportunity to workout for free, at Premier Fitness a local 24 hour gym.

The staff is great! The breakfast is awesome. No traffic noise, but some of the guests were rowdy perhaps because of St. Patty's Day. Indoor pool and jacuzzi - very handy!

nice hotel

Clean with comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of selection and seating at the complimentary breakfast. Pool was clean but is on the small side. Has an elevator but did not have automatic doors and was difficult to enter with luggage. Friendly and prompt service.

easy to get to from I75

the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast bar offered alot of variety. i appreciated the pool hours open til midnight, as i didnt get a chance to jump in the pool until 11.

located about 1 mile from dayton mall, a rather large older mall with alot of well known stores.

This was our third time staying in this hotel. I was still very impressed with the service provided at the front desk and the housekeeping staff always greeted us with a friendly hello and smile. However the beds need to be replaced, as they are very uncomfortable.

Average at best

When arrived at the rooms, the temp was roasting hot. Had to turn on the AC in the winter time...very loud unit made it hard to sleep. Parking can be sparse near the front and sides.

Carrabas was horrible. Reserved a room at 8 PM for 30 people only to get there, wait till 8:45 and then be told they couldn't honor it...they suck.

Weekend getaway

Room keys didn't work. Went to the desk twice and no one was around. Noisy neighbors. Also, states in room movies. Guess they count TBS and TNT as movie channels.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Great location close to the interstate, restaurants, a mall. Easy to find. Clean too. No fitness center in the hotel but there is a Bally's gym across the street that hotel guests can use for free. Hotel staff was very helpful.
