Good for business but courtyard better
I was in Dayton for work and spent the night at this Marriott. Nothing special considering the Marriott brand (was expecting it to be a little nicer) but overall absolutely fine. The next night however I ended up staying at the Marriott courtyard for $20 less and found it much nicer experience.

Worked great
This hotel was in a great location for our needs. Nice area with walking paths and park setting. Enjoyed the bar for a night cap while watching the World Series. Breakfast is nice, a little overpriced but convenient.

Business meeting in Dayton
The Dayton Marriottt is a classic. They have been there for 30 years and have clearly improved the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and had everything I need - free exercise equipment, great conference center, terrific accomodations overall.

Dayton Mariott - Excellent
Attending Dayton Ham Radio Convention. Very clean. Attention to detail. Very friendly. Up to date. On par with any hotel I have every stayed at.

Decent location
This place is another example of why I stay, almost exclusively, at Marriott Hotels. They were very accommodating of my early check in. Staff was friendly, lots of free parking, and good room. I will say that I wished for a nicer TV, but I was there to sleep not watch TV. Room was clean and well maintained. Overall a good hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Dayton Marriott Wedding Trip
This was the best hotel we've stayed in to date. friendly staff, nice location, good part of town. felt safe. if you eat at the restaurants it's a little pricey but we were grateful to have room service as an option if we wanted. i would definitely stay again!!
