We were in town for an OSU game. I picked this hotel for the price and location. It was perfect for both, I did not have to ... wait in traffic to get on any major highway which is amazing. Also, the hotel was not booked the night before so we were able to check in when we arrived at around 10:45 a.m. This was extremely nice.

On Saturday, the lunch menu did not start until 12:00, which were unaware of but were able to enjoy breakfast buffet with omelettes and waffles.

Nice hotel, great location
palooza Jul 1, 2009
The hotel was in a good location in downtown Columbus. Public transportation was 1 block away and very convenient to take me ... to my desired destinations. On this trip; the community festival and to see family were right on the bus line. The rooms may have been a tad small but very clean and comfortable. Most rooms that I saw have a splendid view of the city. The staff was nice and helpful when I had any questions or concerns. I would stay here again on my return to Columbus.

The whole staff (minus the maid) were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very nice looking and clean. We were on the ... fourth floor with the pool and jacuzzi which was nice. Really liked the rooms and free wi fi in the lobby was convenient. Overall loved the hotel. Stairs were hard to find and the maid was rude.

I had business associated wiht the PGA Memorial Tour in Dublin OH. I have been travelling for 30+ years and have stayed in ... everything from camgrounds to Luxury resorts. I would like to rely on a rating system when choosing a property, your rating of the Renaissance was off the mark. I have stayed at the Hyatt property in downtown Col. and it is by far a better address, even though you rated it below the Renaissance
