This is the first time I stayed at this chain and I have to admit the room seemed old. The carpet was worn and there was a tear in the sofabed cushion. The linens didn't seem very clean and there was a tear in the top sheet as well.

Hotel Stay
The staff while nice appeared to have trouble in doing the basics. Checking in, checking out, etc. They charge 9.95 a night for Internet access. I have a MIFi so didn't need it, but that is dumb. Everything else about the room and stay was classy and great. Why did they want to spoil it with something like that. Great bed and pillows, rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Awesome suite
The room was clean, beautifully furnished, no odor and pet friendly. The only thing that went wrong was that my Choice Previlage card had expired! This meant I lost all my points I had accummulated and there is no expiration date on the card and they never notified me that I was going to lose everything. I think that if a card expires, it should have the expiration date printed on it.

Great location, room was nice
Very clean, staff very attentive. Located in great area, right off interstate, easy access to everything in Columbus. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff, friendly and helpful. On the down-side there was no complimentary Wi-Fi (that came with a $9plus charge) and the sheets had a plastic like texture that made crackling noises with every turn in bed.

Nice, updated hotel
The hotel staff was very nice. We stayed here for the Arnold Classic. It was a nice location within 15 minutes of downtown. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
