Ramada Columbus East Airport

this hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. the rooms are in definite need of renovations and updates. staff did not seem very helpful either

we stayed one iht with a group and found th accomodations comfortable. Thee room was a good size and the bathroom had a quality update. The breakfast provided was exceptional.

I was surprised to find that there were so many rooms in which people were smoking. It was almost over powering as I walked down the hallway to my room. Condition of the rooms were not very impressive. For a 3-star ranking I was expecting a little more.

We got the room to stay overnight in Columbus after the night game at OSU. The hotel was easy to find and a reasonable cost to stay. I did hope that they would allow the shuttle service to get us closer to the stadium but that didn't happen. Cab fare was not unreasonable but made the cost savings for not staying closer to downtown a mute point.

Worked out perfectly. Close to airport and clean. Staff was very friendly, both on the phone and in person.

The hallways smelled, and the floors weren't very clean. I don't think I will ever stay at this location again.

The Hotel was five minutes to port columbus airport & offered shuttling to the airport... This was all I wanting for the last minute plan to stay in columbus before an early morning departure. Plus the price was very reasonable.

Expected more from a 3 star rating. Would not give this even a 2 star rating. Description said hotel was recently renovated, but didn't seem that way to me.

When I walked into the lobby, the front desk had their cultural music blaring so loud I could barely hear what they were telling me. This was not a good first impression. However, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I won't bore you with the tedious details... Here are the good and bad points I came across. Good: - Room was clean - 16 (east/west)/ Broad st. has nearly anything you could want and it takes you right downtown headed west - Heater worked .. almost too well seemed like it was either full blast or off the temp setting didn't seem to do much Bad: - Hallways constantly smelled like weed - Not necessarily the best part of town for a family stay - Shower was just a little warmer than lukewarm even with the faucet turned all the way to hot - Noticed ants in the bathroom my second morning there (only stayed 2 nights) - Tv was damaged and barely operational, power button pushed completely in and remote only worked after pressing the power button 2 or 3 times hard - Wireless internet was intermittent at best... what can you ask for free though I would recommend you spend the little extra and stay somewhere else... just like everywhere else on the internet the pictures of this place can be deceiving.
