Great Meeting Place
Everything you would except from a Hyatt Regency. Great Room, plenty of options in the hotel and a great staff. Take the short walk to the Arena District and find all the food, entertainment and nightlife you could want. Colunbus has some traffic issues but arriving from the south could not have been easier.

Concert night
This hotel is walking distance to Nationwide Arena. We stopped off at the bar on the second floor before the show for a drink and an appetizer. The food was really good. Overall, other than the $14 parking, our experiance was great. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice.

Nice Hotel
Location was great. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the housekeeping guy came to knock on my door at 7am on Sunday morning while the checking out time is 12pm!!

Nice hotel in heart of city
Came here on a business trip. The hotel was packed with an anime convention going on at same time. This overwhelmed the elevators. Not all the stairs had doors to the lower floors so sometimes we were stuck for 5+ minutes waiting for an elevator. Perhaps because of the heavy load, the elevator near my room was making noise and kept waking me up during the night. The hotel quickly switched me to a different room farther away and all was quiet. The food is great. The wifi seemed a little overwhelmed, likely from all the kids. They did put up a "please be quiet, meetings in progress" sign by our business session, which was a nice touch. Hotel manager came to welcome us at our cocktail reception, which impressed us, never had that happen before. Being able to print boarding passes from the front desk was also a nice amenity. If the hotel would create an express elevator for the higher floors and add another wifi antenna for the business rooms, and not charge so much for using the business center, would make it a perfect landing for business trip. Would still come back any time.

Traveling Coach
Great Hotel for Travelers to Columbus
Customer service was excellent from the valets, bell hops to the desk clerks checking me in. I dined in the restaurant and was treated exceptionally well by [...]on 6/6. I would definitely stay at this Hyatt when I return to Columbus. Thank you Hyatt!
