Great Staff
This was the nicest Hilton I have stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the valet to the concierge to the front desk. The room was spacious and I slept like a baby. The location was the best part though. It is located right at Easton which I always visit every trip to Columbus. The hotel is steps away from a number of restaurants, shopping and various watering holes. It was great. I also ordered breakfast through room service and it was delicious.

Short North is always fun. Lots of artsy things to see in the daytime and cute guys at the bars at night.

The very best location
The hotel lobby is one of the best that I have seen. I liked the hotel so much that I plan to stay there during my trip in May.

Great Location
My wife and I got away for the weekend, the Hilton is a beutiful hotel located within the Easton Town Center. Lots to do, good shopping, entertainment, nite life and good food.

Nice facility, great staff, location
Was a great stay except that we found a bed bug in our first room after our first night. They moved us right away, but the assistant manager tried to convince us it was not a bed bug (it was, had it confirmed later also), and they didn't follow health department protocol for dealing with it. Probably lack of experience, because they were very nice. Hopefully they get up to speed on treating these pests that are causing trouble for lots of hotels.

The Sunday breakfast buffet is delicious, wide range of food offerings, reasonably priced, and kids under 6 are free.

My weekly stop in Columbus
Checked in around 10:00PM, had a quick drink and sandwich at the sports bar and then worked until 1:00AM. Got up with a prompt wake-up call, went to the concierge lounge for a quick breakfast and was off to my first meeting by 8:00AM.

Easton Town Center has some pretty good restaurants (all chains ie: Fado, PF Changs, Micormick & Schmick) that are all within walking distance.

Business trip
Everything was fine until I found out that they do not give reciepts to customers booked through [...]Why? This really puts un-needed effort onto someone that needs a physical receipt for an expense report. I won't be staying there anymore.
