Extended Stay America-Columbus-Worthington

I had to deal with contentious front staff and likely bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest stay. The hotel refused to issue my balance statement. I cannot recommend this hotel simply due to too much trouble.

This is our third time staying at this Extended Stay America. For the money it is a 5 Star. The kitchenette, Microwave, Stove dishes and all are great to have. The room is comfortable and I think it has been updated since we stayed there in June 2010. We have relatives in the area and will always stay at E S America. The location is very convenient to restaurants and movie theatre and shopping. Staff very friendly. It is exactly what we need.

I needed a cheap hotel room and this fit the bill. The event that I attended was within walking distance. I did not get the opportunity to check out the amenities.

Excellent Location to night life/activities. Not any thing special as far as the room. Decent price compared to what you get.

The hotel was located in a good area with lots of accessable activites. The room was clean and the service was fine. There's not much more you could ask for at the price. My only complaint would be the pillows on the bed weren't much for comfort.

Whether or not this was a non-smoking room was irrelevant. It was rife with cigarette smelled and the room had ash trays in it. My sinuses went beserk!!! Never again in an ESA.

The initial room seemed brand new and if it hadn't faced the rear parking lot... I would have taken it. But not wanting my car parked behind the building I asked the desk clerk to switch my room. She was quite pleasant and professional, and honored my request without hesitation. Unfortunately, the next room smelled musty, had an older (and noisier) HVAC unit, and the TV remote didn't work. I was running late to visit friends on Christmas Eve so I didn't bother switching a second time. Upon returning to the hotel the room had been sprayed and the remote was fixed. However, the next morning I did notice the bathroom was in need of a thorough cleaning (previous guests hair hanging from the ceiling) and the bathroom walls & doors needed a cursory washing. I also noticed the bed's box spring was stained by what appeared to be coffee [I hope]. Oh...and I personally think the refrigerator doors open incorrectly!

Arrival was simple, the staff was helpful, room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would reccomend this hotel and have to family.

Great location near where I was working for 3 days. I liked being able to bring sandwiches and soda in and work in the room instead of spending money in restaurants. Price was excellent, room was clean, staff were helpful.

Good hotel good price.
