Breakfast, wireless internet, responsive staff and low prices made it good. Should not have complained that cool air came out of the radiator, because they cranked up the heat way too much! other than that, a good value.

ON OUR WAY
We were scheduled on an international flight the next morning. We selected Country Inn and Suites because they offered a "Park and Fly" program. It was everything we hoped for -- clean, welcoming accommodations, very nice breakfast the next morning, and timely shuttle to the airport. Would highly recommend to anyone with an early flight from Columbus.

WELL KEPT PROPERTY
QUICK STOP OVER TRIP IN COLUMBUS. SECOND STAY AT THIS HOTEL. VERY NICELY APPOINTED, QUIET, CONVENIENT PARKING, FRIENDLY DESK (EVENING STAFF WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMMODATE, MORNING DESK NOT SO NICE). WILL CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN.

BOB EVANS BREAKFAST. SONIC AND STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET. LOTS OF OPTIONS, BUT YOU'LL NEED A CAR. EVERYTHING CLOSES VERY EARLY!

Columbus stay
The hotel is what we expected from country Inn Suites, quick check-in, clean comfortable and quiet room, very convenient location away from the pricey district, but very accessible to everything in Columbus. Good neighborhod and conveniently located for lunch and dinner venues nearby. This will be a preferred hotel for our future stays in Columbus.

Good
Excellent rooms, pool and amenities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Location is good as there are restaurants and shopping very close.

A good place for a one-nighter.
The room was a typical motel room but spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable. The lobby area was very nice and the continental breakfast was above average.

we had trouble with our card entry keys we couldn't enter fitness room, swimming area and any enterance except main door. we were not the only ones with this problem a few local army reservists had the same problems front desk could not figure why our cards wouldn't work

Not sure what is needed here.
Staff was NOT in sink with each other. They told me different stories about the shuttle to the airport and then gave me a coupon for a taxi discount then called a different company to pick me up that didn't except the coupon and also charged me $10.00 more than they told me.
