rude staff
tub was dirty and i was very angry waited over 4 hours to get room key. said the room was noy paid for what is up still not resolved when we left

Awful, Go to another hotel!
Filthy hotel. Bad area. Pool cold and dirty. Tiles sharp and broken. No hot tun as picured online. RUDE front desk clerks. Stay away from this place!

just ok
the hotel was just ok no hot tub, indoor pool was dark and small. Staff not so friendily if traveling with kids, the one good thing was the computer-wifi

Picture of hotel was mis representd. Picture shows Hot Tub, but it was closed and walled off This should be corrected Also room was dirty for first two days. On the third day the vacumning was done.

Good for the money
Average - check out was confusing. Glad had the GPS because it is tucked off of the main road - you can see it, but may not be able to actually get there w/o help!

The room was more than I expected.
I was in town for my 50th high school reunion, and the suite was a perfect base from which to see the town and old friends after being away for many years.

Easton Shopping Center provides acres of stores from big box to Macys for every kind of shopping. On the other hand, driving the opposite direction, there are lovely sidewalk bistros along High Street in Worthington. The location was just a few blocks from the Crowne Plaza where the reunion dinner was held.

nice place to stay
I was visiting Columbus city for my daughter's college tour. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is good and complimentary breakfast was great. My family had a good time.
