Comfort Inn North Conference Center

The hotel room was horrible, it looked like it had not been cleaned in a century. It was so dirty I think even bed bugs would be afraid to be there. There was a horrible smell to the room, the bathtub did not drain, just complete foulness. I would recommend sleeping in your car before sleeping at this hotel.

The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was really good. We were there for a one day workshop and would stay at that hotel again if we have another workshop in Columbus.

hotel was easy to get to and quiet, and the pool was nice. but the breakfast was all bread and starch and there were no towels at the pool. also the dead bolt on the door did not work very well.

My husband's college reunion. Close enough to OSU. Good price. Nice continental breakfast. Comfortable room.

The first room we received had a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. There was water all over the floor and plaster hanging and falling from the ceiling in to the tub. We talked to the front desk and were given a new room. Not necessarily the cleanest hotel but for the price it was alright. Friendly staff and the free breakfast was good.

Our visit to Columbus, Ohio was for our son's graduation and to spend a few days with him. We chose the Comfort Inn - North mainly for its proximity to the graduation location, in our search it showed it had the same amneties that the Comfort Inn Dumfries, VA. where we had stayed twice and in comparison to the other hotels it seemed to be better. Now, there was no safety deposit box in the room, the rugs in the room did not seem clean and it was dusty, the bathroom lavatory was cracked, the pillow cases and bedsheets were not changed, the room was uncomfortable and the breakfast was not as complete as our experience with the Comfort Inn located in Dumfries Virginia. Overall, I would not recommend this Hotel for vacationers and for somebody who is going to be there more than two days. You should check the hotel amneties that our indicated in your site as it seems all are not true. My benchmarker for this Hotel was the Comfort Inn located in Dumfries, Virginia and the Comfort Inn-North is on a much lower scale. The other thing is that the communication in english is not strong. It was difficult to understand their broken english. Lastly I note that the system does not take into consideration senior citizens and it does not show in the Hotel rates.

My room was very clean, even though the hotel itself was dated. I was by myself and had enough room for me, but if I was with anyone else, we probably would be bumping into each other. It was be nice to have more comfy chairs. The breakfast was nice with plenty of room to sit and eat. The staff kept the eating areas very clean. The only negative thing I can say is the Ice machine was pretty far from my room. When I was leaving, I fell down the stairs and broke a bone in my foot. All in all, it was a clean room.

The room was very nice.. The pool was very dirty almost green, none of the finess equipment worked. The staff was Very friendly. Would recommend this hotel.
