Columbus Airport Marriott

Free wifi would have been nice. Other than that, the room was excellent

The room were very nice. The service was great. Nice pool, and excersie room it clean well stock with towels. The breakfast was served right on time and it was awsome the way it was set up never seen that before. Great customer service. A very nice dinning area. Staff was very pleseant while I stayed there. I would tell all my friends that I know that this is great place to go. I will be coming back this hotel in the near future. I enjoyed myself very much so. The location is perfect its like five to seven minutes from the airport and Easton Mall. This is one the best hotels in Columbus that I have stayed at.

The hotel was clean, front desk service was awesome, and it was right off the interstate. Also, a very comfortable night's sleep.

Rooms are small and dated, but still clean & comfortable. Certainly not a great hotel, not Hyatt/Hilton Level, but adequate for a good nights sleep if you have to get up early AM and get to the airport. Service was fine.

this was a great location for anyone.i traveled thru three different cities while staying here.they supplied me with all directions to and from my locations.located right near the airport and the staff couldn,t have been better than they were.this was a GREAT pick for my travel.

I went to Columbus to attend my Grandmother's 90th B-Day. I choose to stay close to the airport and at a nice hotel, I requested two double beds because it was my brother and I traveling and when we arrived our room was reserved with one bed not two and they were booked and could not help me but with a roll-away bed. Had some family come in Friday night for dinner at the hotel, sat in bar area at a table and service was fair at best. Not the bartenders fault because he was trying to keep his bar patrons full and trying to serve a table of 10. Could of used some more help. Also there was a basketball tournament there or something but there were kids slamming doors and running all over the hotel like we stayed at a Motel 6. I have stayed at a large amount of hotels in my travels and when I choose to stay at a Marriott I expect to get what I pay for, because we all know they are not inexpensive. This is the first Marriott that I feel could use some attention, when I checked in on Friday, I find it hard to believe that every room in the hotel with double beds was already occupied or reserved.

Staff was wonderful

The desk clerk was not very friendly on the phone in taking my request for two double beds rather than one king. She ultimately helped, but she could have been so much more helpful when I called from the road. The double beds are crucial since we travel with kids. Otherwise, the cleaning staff was very kind, and I liked the fitness room quite a bit.

My friend and I only stayed one night but were very pleased with the cleanliness and the comfort of our room. Compared to the price of rooms at other motels in the area, this one was a great value.
