Clarion Hotel & Suites Conference Center

We were in the area house hunting and this location is central to a lot of Columbus suburbs so was a good spot for us. The room was clean and decently maintained. Although we did not check in until the evening, we had to wait for a room to be prepared. The front desk staff was friendly but did not go out of their way to be helpful..

This place is DISGUSTING! I will never stay there again! It was dirty, smelt awful, very noisey, and the staff was incredibley rude. By far the worst hotel i've ever stayed at.

The hotel was dirty, and the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was suppose to recieve a refund from them, but the staff was very rude and wouldn't help me. And i've been calling for a week to get my refund and am told every time that the manager isn't in so I can't recieve it. This is an awful hotel, and you should look otherwise.

Not a bad place to spend the night. Bedding quality was poor, but the staff was very friendly.

Check-in was a 20-minute wait...the desk was under-staffed. The room was attractive but the bed sheets were badly stained....good thing I was tired.... The breakfast was scant....shabby, actually. There was coffee but no hot tea available...staff seemed unprepared for the crowd that was in the hotel. I booked this room at the very last minute and got one of the last ones in town so it did serve my purposes, but I doubt I'd book it again.

"Whether you are in town for business or for leisure, make your stay a memorable one at the Clarion.." Yea right...it will be memorable all right!! I booked this hotel for my in-laws due to the location they wanted to be. That is the only good thing about it!! They just finished their week long stay---big mistake! The pool was not working. Well, that is a maintenance issue. So mid-90's everyday and the pool is out for a week and longer? The manager said, "it's just one of those things." It's poor management. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee was terrible. The hotel is old. It smells too. And the location----well, it's not as good as we thought. A car was broken into two nights before my in-laws left. No one was notified to watch their items and secure them. That came from a guest. My in-laws car was broken into the last night they were there. The hotel's reaction that is too bad but we have a sign up saying we are responsible which leads me to believe it happens a lot. Stay away from the hotel from H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS!!!!

We booked a room here thinking the Clarion hotels would be a nice place but were disappointed by this hotel. Some reviews I read mentioned out-of-date decor and I would agree. Nothing was terrible or really run-down, but the whole facility just seemed to need refurbished. The exterior seemed aged and in need of a general cleaning as did some interior features. The pool was clean and fun but some of the area's trim features were definitely showing age. The free breakfast was not a highlight. It was set up in the back of a closed restaurant area and was bland and generally flavorless. The staff was very friendly and the room was adequately comfortable, it just wasn't worth the $99/night rate - more like $50 or $60. I wouldn't recommend it until remodeled.

The room and greeting area were cool. Hallways were stifling and smelled of old cigarettes on the non-smoking floors. The staff was great but the rooms were grungy in appearance (dirty tiles on the ceiling and a pervasive odor.) This is not a 3 star hotel!

had company work and family graduation party to attend the same weekend... hotel located perfectly to enjoy both occasions. loved the pool and hot tub. good free breakfast.. our family enjoys this hotel
