Our overnight stay was fine. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again

This was the worst stay in a hotel I have EVER had. Fist when my kids and I got into the room two of the lights didn't work and there was no shower curtain. Then we went down to the pool and there the hot tub water was SO drity, and there was a group of about 12 adults in the pool area some with kids some without that were drunk and had coolers of beer right there in the pool area. So we couldn't even enjoy the pool. But wait, thats not even the best part. So we go back to our room and I get my kids in bed, and my 7yr old son goes to sleep fast. About 2hrs pass and I go to cover him up and theres BED BUGS ALL OVER HIS LEGS AND BACK. I was sooooooooooooo mad!!!!! So I call the front desk and at 11:30pm we have to pack everything and change rooms. Meanwhile my son has about 20 something bites on him from these bugs. He's so scared he spends the rest of the night sleeping in the bathtub. He wont get back in the bed, not that I bame him:( [...]

overnite stay was adequate

Hotel staff was very nice, the hotel lobby was clean. Had trouble getting connected to the wifi, called the front desk, they explained and then called back to be sure we were able to connect. Very thoughtful. Breakfast, a little sparse, lady watching over it snapped at a couple of people for trying to take food out, I think to a sick person as a person came in to eat with the people and promptly threw up. Our hotel room seemed to have had juice spilled on the carpet at sometime and wasn't cleaned up as well as would be expected.

Lovely experience...nice rooms, beds, sheets etc...my husband used the work-out room and was pleased. The breakfast ends at 9:00..not bad. No compaints.

the price was great. this is an older hotel but it was clean and nicely furnished. there was a car broken into beside us and there was glass all over the parking lot. this may be a common occurance.

Pool was great and the front desk was very accommodating

I chose this hotel because of its location. The staff was great- helpful and pleasant. The rooms were in desperate need of remodeling. There were holes in the walls and it didn't seem very clean.The breakfast in the morning was adequate but it would have been nice to have an actual restaurant- there was one there before.Too bad there wasn't one because I had to go out to get dinner and really would have rather eaten there.

I went to have a business meeting. We had trouble with the wifi. Got started about 10:30 pm friday. The power went out about 12:30 am. So we were unable to continue meeting and lost everything on the laptop. When we tried to call front desk, switchboard was out, so no one answering to help. Saturday asked for more towels and coffee for room. It was never brought. When we tried to continue the meeting Saturday nite, there were no bulbs in 3 lamps. I went to front desk on Sunday to ask for another day to finish our business and was ignored. The man actually walked into the back office and disappeared. I now have to go back next weekend to try to finish this work. The business I was consulting with is trying to open on June 1st down by the Ohio Union on North High St.

The three of us attended the Equine Affaire at the Expo Center. When checking into our room, we found a sock in the corner and 1/2 a headset behind the door. Apparantely the room hadn't been cleaned very well. The 2nd day of our stay, the coffee was not replenished, nor cleaned. We will find another hotel to stay at next year when we return. The breakfast was not ample and the staff didn't check on the stock of items, so that other guests could eat & have juice.
