Cambria Suites Columbus/Polaris

I had a good experience here. Staff were friendly, room was clean, and it was nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

I was not familiar with The Cambria Suites Hotels prior to my visit. I booked the room there because of price and location. The hotel was brand new, impeccably clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The lobby had a hip vibe with an "open" business center area, flat screen tvs, welcoming bar and a "wolfgang puck express" cafe. Breakfast buffet with all the options and economical. The hotel is apparently a new upscale line for Choice Hotels. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. I would choose it again.

We stayed here for a getaway close to home. The hotel is very stylish. Even though it is a chain hotel, it didn't feel generic like most hotels do. They do have a fitness center, we looked inside and it seemed pretty nice and decent sized compared to other hotels we've stayed at. They also have an indoor pool and hottub, but unfortunately when we were there there was a cheerleading competition going on in the area so the pool was always packed with little kids so we didn't go in the pool. The pool is open until midnight, which is nice too. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is right near everything Polaris has to offer, but it's set back a little bit so you don't hear the traffic. We will definitely stay again and look for Cambria Suites whenever we travel.

We stayed at this hotel due to expected bad weather. We wanted to be able to relax the next day, so chose this hotel because it was close to the Polaris mall, a part of town we frequent when visiting Columbus. The room was well designed, in a modern style that I personally find relaxing when travelling. The room was very clean with a small living room as well as the sleeping area. Most importantly, the room was quiet, and I only became aware of guests next door when there was very loud talking for a brief period. The lobby was similarly appointed, and there was a bar for snacks and drinks. With the inclement weather, the lobby was full during the evening, with guests taking advantage of the bar, the space and several televisions in the lobby. I looked at the pool and workout area, both appeared adequate. The staff member that checked me in seemed a little put off, but this did not really retract from the stay. This is a hotel more in the "self-serve" style seen these days, which I personally like...I want to relax, not be fussed over. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area for either business or pleasure.

In town for an OSU game and shopping. Great location.

We were very impressed with our room and the hotel in general for the rate we paid. The only problem was noise in our wall starting at 7:30 am which may have been from the sprinkler system. I will look for Cambria Suites for all my future hotel needs.

Great hotel. My wife and I will stay there on our next vistit to the Columbus area.

The staff was friendly and helpful from front desk, to food service, to housekeeping. Great location off I-71 across from Polaris Mall. Many helpful extras like business center, incidentals for purchase, coffee bar, full bar, large bathrooms, two plasma TVs (a hit with our teen). Perfect for our college touring trip.
