Best Western Columbus North/ Conference Center

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were helpful and nice. The location was great there were many store and restaurants within 5 miles of us. Only complaint we really had was that the stopper in the tub didn't work. We would most defiantly go back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel room itself was average at best. The fitness and pool rooms were very dirty and disgusting with dirting underwear, trash, wet towels lying around. This hotel does not meet the expectations or quality we have come to know from this brand.

We were there for one night with 6 kids. The staff was very friendly. The price was great and it was an awesome place for the kids. The pool & hot tub were wonderful! If I'm ever staying in the area again, I will definitely go back to this place.

I can't complain about the Best Western in Columbus. The hotel was better than I expected at the price. The staff was friendly, the other guests were polite, the room was comfortable, clean and contained everything I needed during my visit. Not a bad place - I would stay there again.

This hotel is not the "lap of luxury". But, if you want a clean, suitable facility for a night or two - this place is a steal. The price is terrific and the staff are professional. I stayed during the NCAA tournament and this place work well for me. A fridge and a microwave and a clean room. I was not looking for beautiful decor - just a great deal with the right amenities. This place fits the bill.

Not the best location for safety in relationship to the cost. Desk clerk unfriendly with lack of promptness with phone answering, and/or availability at service desk. Credit card security issues as hotel uses the manual imprint machine with refusal to give you the original/copies back at check out even though all fees were paid in full prior to check in date. Did not provide customer receipt of stay at check out. Was there on business and will never stay there again, and have advise colleagues not to as well. Have a call into manager (playing phone tag) to discuss these issues, and lack of hotel professionalism.

Value in relationship to location and service is very poor. Hotel uses old credit card stamp practice which is a security issue. Told that their accountant files the stamp of your credit card/that you can not get it back at check out even though bill was paid in full. No receipt provided at check out. Desk clerk rude. Have elevated this concern to the Manager. Was there on business but will never stay there again and have advised my colleagues as well!

Intially when we checked in, we though this stay was going to be bad. As soon as we walked in the lobby, it reaked of marijuana. We were kind of sceptical, but after working all day and then making a 4 hour trip we were ready to go to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, also knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was mainly clean except for some hair in the bathtub's drain. Overall it was an okay experience. There were some kids running around the hallways late the second night, but staff quickly took care of the issue. We didn't smell the marijuana any more during our stay.

The hotel was nice. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was part of a sport club across the driveway. Too many non hotel guess in the pool.

Very clean hotel. The gym is awesome! far from the typical hotel gym and the pool is huge! also your right next to I-71. The internet was fast and the staff was very nice.
