Baymont Inn and Suites Columbus Airport

Good memory: free shuttle bus order, free shuttle bus pick up, nice room, free coffee and tea in the room, front desk service, near mcdonalds. Not so good: breakfast, TV quality.

This was a good place to stay since I hada 6:20 AM flight

Great night's sleep. Clean. Pleasant staff, clean room. Reasonable room service.

My impression of this hotel was: it provided a roof over my head for the 24 hours that I needed it. My review title says it all - adequate. This room was overall better than my stay the previous Thursday night. However, the floor above still squeaked and the noise level was a little high. There was no remote for the TV and when we tried to get one from the office, the one provided didn't work. While it didn't hurt us, we had to change channels and power on/off by hand. This was a handicap room and all the safety devices/walk-in shower were excellent. The office staff was not able to provide us with eating suggestion and we were left to figure it out ourselves.

This motel is not something you would write home about. It served the purpose I needed - A place to sleep for the night! I requested a non-smoking, handicap room but placed in a very smoky room. If this room had not been smoked in then the one next to it (either or both sides) had or currently had smokers residing in it. This motel is at the airport but sounds of planes coming and going was not a problem. However, the floor in the rooms overhead, creaked and moaned whenever walked on. In this case from the time we checked in until the renters above us went to bed. If you just need a relatively inexpensive motel near the Columbus, Ohio airport for sleeping purposes only, it will work......

There was no hot water in our room and when we told the desk personnel we were told no one else had complained so......after complaining we were offered another room but the entire building it was in was older and smelled of moldy carpet and mildew. Then we were told that we had to pay extra to leave our car there because it's only included if you pay more and book directly with the hotel group. This place is a dump! Find another hotel on airport.

close to the airport room was very nice .

My room smelled of smoke (supposed to be "non-smoking"). The front desk person was not helpful. The room was dirty -- carpet and the walls were soiled. The hotel is not handicapped accessible. People were using toilet paper in lieu of napkins or paper towels in the dining area. The same desk clerk was on both days of check in and at the dining area.

didnt really stay in the hotel much just to sleep,when there the television was very old and reception was torrible.room was fairly clean, rugs really need major steam cleaning or changed.contentintal breakfast was basicly nothing,personally i would not stay there again,nor would i refer anyone..

I was there for a High School Reunion and to visit with family. A couple of things concerned me. One was an employee, not sure what his title was, just came in, then when he saw me abruptly left without explanation. At that point i didn't feel comfortable with leaving my valuables in the room when i left. Second was when they ran out of hot water for my shower. How ever the cleaning attendant was very good and pleasant, and when i told her about t she promptly contacted the maintenance crew. Overall the rest of my stay went well.
