Perfect!
For all of the hotel's that we have been staying in this past summer, this one was the best! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and the pool area also. Thanks Best Western!

Park and Fly was fantastic
I stayed at this location on August 31, 2011 to be closer to the airport and was leaving for New Orleans on September 1st. Hotel staff was great and the room was exceptional. Even had a sanatized remote for the tv in a little bag on the nightstand. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning and also free pick up to be returned to car that was parked at hotel parking lot for free for 5 days. Great value for $89 for the night + the free parking while in New Orleans. Also learned that they have a free shuttle to Easton Center. Only problem that I had was that the safe in the room was not working. Did inform front desk of this. Will be staying again when I fly out of Port Columbus Airport and will probably stay at this location when just staying overnight in Columbus

Its OK
Fridge made a little sound when sleeping!!. Toilet flush/flapper was leaking and wasting into toilet bow!!l. So, I try to fix it. Its takes a little bit times. But, Pool and Spa is really nice...

we tried to go swimming but couldn't because the water was freezing. We tried to order a movie and the equipment to order it was broken.

Should I have been even more rude?
Some how I end up in a nsmoking room after I requested a smoking.So I smoked and was charged $250 and got kicked out.It was a 5 day trip.

unbeatable location
We needed a hotel close to the airport to travel the next day. We were able to leave our car until we returned. We also received transportation to and from the hotel. What a great service! Our first night we were surprised by a room upgrade. When we returned we stayed in a small average room. And our car was still safe.
