Good value

The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as very convenient location, I wasnt thrilled about railroad traffic behind hotel or lack of fridge or microwave in room. Overall, worth the money and would return to this hotel inthe future.

Awful

I have to be honest. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. First I asked to have my room changed because of the filth. The second room was not great but at that choice I had no choice but to stay for the night. There was a train that ran by every half hour and was about 100 yards away. I was approached in the morning by a "working woman" asking me to drive her to get beer. It was absolutely horrible. Don't ever stay there. You wul not get a good nights sleep

Not too bad

All in all my stay was pretty good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was clean, however it did have a little bit of a funky smell to it, but nothing that a candle didn't fix. When I woke up the next morning, I saw that they were having their carpets and furniture cleaned, so I'm sure that will also get rid of the smell. Also there were a few minor repairs that needed to be made in the room, like a little bit of peeling wall paper. The price was really good, it was in a good location, and it was a quiet stay. I would come here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Not sure where they got the pictures for this place. It was NOT from the rooms there. Very old outdated furnishings, commode lid was twice the size it should have been, room did not look clean, everything looked worn out. TV remote held together with a large band aid. Called several times about a charge for a second night there which I did not have, still working with them on that after several weeks. I will not stay at any Am Best Value Inn because of this experience.

deer and turkey expo 2010

Room was dirty and in need of repair. Served it's purpose for the 8 hours we spent in it though.

Poor Quality Inn

Overall poor quality of the room. No ventilation in the bathroom, a recliner was stuck open, and the air/heating unit barely worked making the room extremely warm in the best case. Try sleeping in a stuffy 75+ degree room. Also, there are no snack or cold food vending machines, but they have a microwave next to the soda machines.
