Cheap, but many were inconvenient
The location was somewhat remote from the downtown and from Case University. Location was not bad but not good either. Also, the cleanness of the hotel was not so good. But, it was cheap for one night stay. So, in that way, it was not bad. The internet was somewhat slow.

not for a single woman
As a single woman, I was extremely uncomfortable at this hotel. This seems like a place that rents rooms by the hour....

Horrible, dirty, smells stay away from this place
The hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled horrible. You should remove this hotel from your site. The hotel was so bad we didn't even stay there. We drove and found another hotel. Hopefully this review will help the rest of you from wasting $60 on a hotel you won't use. Stay away from this place. It's not a good sign when you pass other hotel guest in the parking lot and they are asking how the hotel is inside.

You get what you pay
The hotel is not well located but it is easy to go downtown with the health line and to the hospitals with the complementary shuttle of the hotel, that goes on daily bases. Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable.

Taxi from airport to hotel is around $ 40 (25 minutes) If you want to save some money, take the train from the airport to Tower city, and then the health line to the hotel. Total cost trip: $ 4.5 (40 minutes)

Outside scary, inside OK
Needs a major renovation outside. Lobby is bizarre but staff very friendly and helpful. I was afraid that the inside of my room would look like the outside, but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and moderately comfortable. I still think this isn't a great deal for the price, but you can't beat the location if you can get past the horrible facade! Also, there is no fitness center, in spite of advertising at the front desk. Don't go to the 2nd floor if you aren't adventurous.

Great For Weekend Stay
I found the Staff to be very courteous. Check-in was a little slow, but many were checking in at the time. Room was clean. Although not many amenities, it was sufficient for a weekend stay. The coffee in the room wasn't particularly good, but then again it could have been the water. The bar/restaurant was very quiet on Saturday night, I liked having the place to myself. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.

Cleveland Browns getaway
The hotel had a good location downtown. Close to night life and restaurants, and close to the football stadium. Hotel staff on duty that day did not seem too friendly or customer oriented. Hotel was clean and u believe we got a good value for the price of the hotel room. I would recommend this hotel for short getaways such as mine,
