Great Hotel; fine staff. Food extremely expensive; gated parking lot is a joke! Twice I had to find an attendant to be released from the electronic parking gate system. For $8.00 per day, I shouldn't be a parking lot prisoner!!

Biggest complaint.......... After a long...hard...day of traveling, I ordered a drink with dinner. At $7.00, it barely covered the bottom of the glass. Wouldn't have a drink there again.

Room was very nice. Location and the shuttle were quick and easy. Ate in the bar restuarant and was shocked at the poor quality of the food for the price. 50 buck for a salad and a pasta dish with one drink. Happy to pay 50 for a good meal, but this was not a $50 dinner by any means. Not fair to hit a business or any traveler that is limited in eating options late at night like tis and then not supply a good meal

A good hotel, great location
I have stayed here before catching early flights. It is a well kept hotel with nice decor and a good bar and lounge. Great beds and nice furnishings in the room, Hotel is very quiet in the rooms. Needing a room key to operate the elevators is a nice security touch. Prices of food are high being the only downside, and the hotel now charges for parking when it didn't used to for guests.

Cleveland Hopkins Sheraton
Overall the hotel was very nice physicaly. The acoustics vis a vis room noise I think was a bit loud. The restaurant service was very good but the dinner I had was absolutely average and overpriced. Breakfast was very good .

Great airport hotel
A very nice, clean and friendly hotel. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the terminal. A great value for the money.

Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel
We decided to stay at the Sheraton due to its proximity to the airport and our early morning departure. The lobby was updated and the open space for the bar and relaxing were inviting. So we were very disappointed to view a beautiful made bed which obviously sank right in the middle. We struggled to sleep on the ends but continued to fall into the crevice in the middle.
