InterContinental SUITES HOTEL CLEVELAND

The hotel was great the staff was wonderful. Made a mistake when getting a room so i called them up and they changed it right away. Only problem is the hotel is in no mans land and you need to drive to get anywhere to do something.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. A patient at the Cleveland Clinic could not ask for more.

The staff was amazing. My room was so nice and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

It is located in Cleveland Clinic and is perfect for a short stay either business or medical reasons.

the rooms were very comfortable and felt good after a day of doctors visits. The restaurant accomodated those with heart disease so that made life easier. However after a week of asking for coffee in the rooms and never getting it caused aggrevation amongst most of the guests. The heart center was about a five minute walk from the hotel but the shuttle bus would not drop me off without a 30 minute ride through the rest of the campus, it was the last to be dropped off at which made very little sence and with the bad weather we had it really made little sence. Maybe bad advice from the girl at the front desk. So I had to walk in the rain and cold weather and with a heart problem it wasn't very good. The shuttle service and limo service to places like the Cleveland Museum of art was very good.

I really enjoyed the room. It was clean and very comfortable. The valet parking was sort of annoying, but the staff was friendly. One strange thing: I asked for a taxi, and was escorted into a car waiting in front of the hotel, but once we got in I noticed it didn't have a meter. It dropped my friend and I off at our destination (which wasn't in walking distance, but also not very far away) and we we're charged $15, not including tip. We felt we were overcharged, but didn't say anything. On the way back we took a real taxi and it only cost us $9 and some change before tip. Just be aware of that, and find out if there is a flat rate before you get in!

I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel Suites so that I could be located near the Cleveland Clinic where I spent each day. I found the help at the hotel extremely attentive and very helpful in directing me to the right buildings and getting the hotel van to get me there, when time was short. I was given a corner room which was really nice, well decorated, spacious and made it a nice place to be away from home.

i want to rent a car but in your site i saw only the pick up and delivery of the car at the airport since it is my first time to be in cleveland i do not know my way from the airprt to the hotel therefore can i pick up the car at the intercontinental suites hotel thanks best regards wahby

Everything was perfect, except housekeeping. Welcome desk- very nice, professional, polite. No car parking they have only valet parking for additional charge $16 per day.Very nice, fast, polite service, we love it. Room was big, nice furniture,bed was comfortable, big flat tv, tv internet, you need you wireless keyboard with you Location near Cleveland Clinic. Housekeeping was horrible.Iron had been taken from room. They did not clean a room , not change a bed, not clean a bathroom, hair in bathtub, tualet was broken, a lot of not.... ect No assistance (return call) from concierge We left room at 9 a.m come back at 3 p.m room was not clean,Call housekeeping in , and asked to clean a room ,change towels ect. We come back in an hour (spend time in restaurant downstairs) Room was not clean, trash can was missing caps and glasses gone. Call housekeeping again, ask to clean a room. We left for dinner, come back at 9 p.m room was not clean. I have to go downstairs and complained. They send housekeeper manager, she was very helpful. We was very tired to let her clean a room a room , but at least refiled everything what we needed

My room was fantastic since it had 2 windows and plenty of space. Loved the wet bar. I ordered a burger from room service and it was incredibly good and came up promptly.
