Good value and location

recently stayed at the holiday inn express for a long weekend in cleceland. the hotel is in a great location walking distance of playhouse square, tower city, the arcade and 4th street night life and restaurants. The room was large with a good view from the 15th floor. The wood floors and modern look were a nice touch. The lobby is basically a hallway in an old bank but has nice character. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. my only complaints- we stayed for two days and the room was not cleaned after the first night. Parking is not included but a garageis next doorThe hotel is a great value, convenient location.

Night out in cleveland

good location if your going to a game

Staff wasn't all that great. It is a really good old building that they remodeled it's neat on the inside.

Comfort in a basket.

This was my first stay and I was thoroughly pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful at check and check out. The room was spacious and immaculate and I had the perfect view. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Completely Satisfied

AMAZING staff, an absolutely beautiful hotel.....the rooms are very nice with the real hardwood and the huge windows. The architecture in Cleveland is amazing. Absolutely loved this hotel and hope to return some day. The staff sets it apart - extremely helpful and friendly.

Good for quick trip

Just in and out of Cleveland for a quick business trip. Got in late and left early. Comfortable, warn, dry and clean. Morning supplied breakfast was quite good as well. Nice and close to downtown and lots of good resturaunts.

Making the best

I love this hotel. It is a jewel in downtown Cleveland. Close to great food, shopping, transportation and business. Staff is wonderful and helpful.

Great Weekend

The hotel is a short walk from the Cleveland light rail at Tower City. It is walking distance to the Browns Stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. It was a great value and the staff was excellent. I would stay there again.
