quick check in and check out, breakfast was not included however you could eat for 9.95/person (i chose not to did not feel it was worth the $10) other than that good place to stay good room and amenities and clean

This was a wonderful experience. the hotel was full but the made every effort to put our rooms close together. The front desk staff was helpful in giving directions to area stores.

Really comfortable beds and excellent staff. Nice pool and small but functional fitness area. One of the best hotels I stayed at on my trip, just a shame it wasn't in a city centre location to do it justice.

The personnel at the front desk were young, outgoing, pleasant, and ready to please.

Went to hometown for family business. Location perfect, easy to get to from highway. Restaurant offers all meals and room service, selections somewhat limited, but staff could accomodate dietary needs. Breakfast not included, but a great value-they could make anything you would like. Rooms spotless, bed very comfortable. Pillows soft. A great value at a new motel.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Super clean rooms. Nice beds. Clean bathroom, a must for my family!! Restaurant staff was great!! As was the food! We were in Cleveland for a figure skating competition. We stayed two nights and would definately stay here again!!!

Excellent location to Legacy Village, downtown, Coventry Road and most east side locations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I called ahead to confirm my room, there was slight mix up for our accomodations that was easily resolved by the staff to a very suitable resolution. We were greeted each time we came in or out of the hotel. The breakfast service was good. The service was excellent when we witnessed someone come to breakfast late and the staff put the food back out to serve them.

Second time I've stayed here. Nice office center to print of school work, nice fitnes area and spa. Love the rooms. Staff member went out one morning and brushed all the snow off my car so when I went out to start digging my car out it was already done. AWESOME service. It is a qiuet location so I can study for the next day.

Let me preface this review with the notation that my husband and I usually have ridiculously bad luck with hotel selection - there's always something that goes completely wrong on any stay that we've been on - from lumpy pillows to rooms so dim you can't see, from bad odors to messy rooms, we've seen it all. This was the first time that our stay was *absolutely perfect*. From the time we checked in until the time we left, the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn made us feel extremely welcome. The rooms are very, very comfortable, and since my last stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, they've changed the beds - these were adjustable beds for comfort (hardness vs softness), which I suspect may be the air chamber beds. Housekeeping was accommodating of our odd schedule too - they honored the Do Not Disturb sign and remembered to come back later to remake our room (most hotels I've stayed at, if you have the DND sign on the door, housekeeping pretty much never comes back unless you request it). Housekeeping also brought us up foam pillows when requested (I'm mildly allergic to feathers). The 24x7 Business Center came in pretty handy for us, as we opted not to bring our laptops on this trip. This hotel offers a pool, spa, and gym equipment, but we did not bring clothes for those options, so we skipped those, but it's nice to know that they're there! The only thing that I would caution travelers with is that this Hilton does NOT include a continental breakfast with your stay - call ahead to confirm pricing. They do, however, have in-house dining as well as a bar, and they offer room service (we did not choose any of these options). There is a variety of dining options in the area, too, so be sure to ask the front desk - they were very helpful with suggestions! As for the noise level, we did experience some noise from the other patrons of the hotel, but it was minimal - our stay was over New Year's holiday, so it was expected. The other nights in the hotel were silent and comfortable. As we travel to Cleveland often to visit family, this hotel has now become our #1 choice of hotels to stay at when we visit.
